The Mini Leather Slicker is a compact tool for preparing cased tooling leather before stamping or carving. Use it to smooth and temper the leather surface, helping prepare it for clean, consistent tooling. Can also be used for molding or shaping wet leather.
Each slicker is made from reclaimed plywood offcuts left over from our French cleat tool storage production. The material is stabilized with Cactus Juice, then shaped, sanded, and polished to a smooth, glossy finish.
Smaller than many traditional glass slickers, this shop-made alternative offers a compact option for leatherworkers who prefer a smaller tool in hand.
